| i came across a quote the other day that makes alot of sense. it's a pretty good reason to maintain your health.
and it goes a little something like this:

let that thought marinate for a bit, then go and hit the gym! i know i am!....hahaha!

| so i was watching the old school starwars trilogy, you know the one we
all grew up on...anyways, obi-wan kenobi has always been one of my
favorite characters, even more so after the prequels! so to keep with
my quotes of the day/week/month (however long it takes me to update)

| so i went to the 311 concert....they rock live!!! i went w/my
friend laurie from cali along w/her girlfriends shion and eunice.
good times good times!! at the concert, i must say that that was
the first time i felt like a minority considering we were the only
asians there, or so it would seem. so from the concert, we went
to the wynn where the girls got hit on by one of the vip hosts who
offered us passes to la bete (nightclub inside the wynn) where we had a
couple drinks and danced around for a bit. (sidenote: music was
pretty not bad i must say...hahaha) from there we proceeded to
club rio where christine was spinnin'. had a couple more drinks
there, and danced of course 'til the girls had to go to rain (inside
the palms) to meet some people up. i opted to stay at club rio to
keep christine company and emcee for her too...hahaha! overall,
that friday was the first friday in a good long while that i can say i
had an awesome time. good company = good times for sure!
